By accessing this website or requesting an estimate, quote, or services from Unashamed Construction ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We provide custom deck building, deck repair, and mobile home setup services in Northeast Georgia and Upstate South Carolina. The scope, materials, timeline, and price for any project are defined in a written estimate or agreement provided to you before work begins.

Descriptions of services on this website are for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding agreement is created only when we provide a written estimate and you accept it.

We offer free, in-person estimates. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and the scope agreed upon. We use flat-rate pricing for the agreed scope of work.

If conditions are discovered during the project that were not reasonably visible at the time of the estimate (for example, hidden rot, structural issues, or code requirements), we will discuss the change with you and provide a revised quote before proceeding with the additional work.

Any change to the agreed scope of work — including added features, different materials, or additional repairs — must be agreed upon in a written or documented change order. Change orders may affect the project price and timeline.

Payment terms, including any deposit and the schedule for remaining payments, are set out in your estimate or agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, final payment is due upon completion of the work.

Late or non-payment may result in suspension of work and may incur additional costs permitted by applicable law.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete your project within the estimated timeframe. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, or other factors outside our control. We will keep you informed of any material changes to the schedule.

We provide a 5-year craftsmanship warranty on new decks built with treated wood and a 10-year craftsmanship warranty on new decks built with composite materials, subject to the terms provided with your project.

Our craftsmanship warranty covers defects in our workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, alterations by others, severe weather events, normal wear, or the natural characteristics of wood and other materials. Manufacturer warranties on materials, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer.

Where permits or inspections are required, we will coordinate with you on responsibility for obtaining them. We perform work in a manner intended to comply with applicable building codes for the agreed scope.

To allow us to perform the work safely and on schedule, you agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, disclose known conditions that may affect the work, and keep the area clear of obstructions and hazards where practical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unashamed Construction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project will not exceed the amount you paid for that project.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
